Greyson S. Smith
Founder & Estate Planning Attorney
I am the founder of Greyson S. Smith, PLLC, where I focus my practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. I work with individuals, families, and business owners throughout Virginia to create practical estate plans tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.
I earned my Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, as well as both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alabama. In 2024, I became the owner of an established Virginia estate planning law firm, allowing me to serve thousands of clients while continuing to expand my practice. I am also proud to be a second-generation Virginia attorney, continuing a family tradition of serving clients throughout the Commonwealth for more than 40 years.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Hobbes, boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I value building long-term relationships with my clients and strive to make the estate planning process approachable, efficient, and personalized.
